Many of us are trying to loose weight. It is one of the things that connects us no matter of where we live and what we do. It is the most common New Years resolution as well – To loose weight and get healthier.
As we get older, our metabolism slows down, which leads to weight gain. Weight gain leads to many health issues.
Weight gain happens also when our bodies get stuffed with toxins we absorb daily. Not only through what we eat, but also through what we put on our bodies.
All those chemicals, preservatives, fats and other culprits stay in, filling our bodies like a glass.
There is many ways we can help our bodies to cleanse. We eat heathy, choose organic plant based diet, drink a lot of water and use herbs – gifts from nature- to help us detox and cleanse.
This eventually leads to weight loss, better skin, better sleep and better overall health.
In our family, we are fully dedicated to use the gifts Mother Nature has given us, for our better health and to help others to achieve the same. We combine the power of herbs and plants in Essential oils with Kobayashi Bitters, our very own natural formula.
Me, being me, I have decided to combine these two and I created delicious dish that will help you detox and loose weight. Because eating healthy doesn’t mean it cannot be a treat.
So here it is, my first creation combining Kobayashi Bitters and essential oils.
Ingredients1 cup of Pineapple
30 ml of Kobayashi Bitters
5-6 ice cubes
2 drops of Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
2 tbs of organic chia seeds
Blend the pineapple, Kobayashi Bitters a five cubes and pour into a bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of organic chia seeds and 2 drops of Young Living’s Citrus Fresh Essential oil and let it sit for 30-60 min. If you do not have Young Livings Essential oils, use few drops of Lemon or Lime instead.
Why using Chia Seeds? I like using chia, because it gives the smoothie thicker texture, almost like a yoghurt or pudding. Also, chia seeds are rich in fiber and protein. I add chia seeds into my fresh juice as well, as it keeps me full longer. Many health experts believe that chia seeds can aid weight loss. Its soluble fiber absorbs large amounts of water and expands in your stomach, which increases fullness and slows the absorption of food
